Chad Howse (Founder of Mans Sleep) had a lot of issues with sleep deprivation during his life. He experienced insomnia from his teen years which followed him into adulthood. He tried many things like meditation, exercise, and sleep routine plans. Thank you for this information. I will definitely see that my husband is informed about this. He too, also has struggled with insomnia since he was a teenager and it still aggravates his sleep patterns, even ’till today. I like that you really strive to help others and dissent with sleeping pills. There are also so many other things someone can do to change their sleep pattern so that they can get more sleep. I love to use Amazon Prime’s sleep jar. It has served me well, as well as, using the sleep routine apps for my phone. Totally agree Ayoola. Thank you for the comment, I hope that your husband gets help with his insomnia it is a horrible thing to suffer from something you can do in the night if you just can’t sleep is get up and read a book for 10 minutes then try again, that has always helped me.
