Very good Jacob. Well done a lot of good tips here. Never knew Cigarettes contained formaldehyde. Reading this makes me not want to smoke again. Would you say Rolling Tobacco is safer than cigarettes chemical wise?
I would say this as it is some what more natural and not as industrialized as the cigarettes and also less adictive!
I hate cigarettes and I am glad that someone has the same opinion as me. Smoking can do a lot of damage to health and the whole immune and cardiovascular system. I think this is very important for everyone to hear, so I will definitely share it with my friends and family.
Thank you for the support Lioness98. Smoking isn’t good. If you have any questions let me know.
Thank you for putting this together. I am lucky that I never started smoking or getting addicted to it. I did try it once, when I was a kid, as a joke but glad that it didn’t stick with me.
I know many people, around the world, is addicted to this poisonous stick but when the proper determination and willpower, I believe that everyone can get rid of this expense and deadly habit.
I do believe that cigarettes’ should be banned eventually and slowly but not a hard stop, cold turkey due to the mass addiction and cravings people have for them.
Totally agree. We cant just ban it as people could get really ill.
Thanks for a great post and some great information on the effects of smoking on your body!
It constantly surprises me that the cigarette companies haven’t been bought to task on the contents of cigarettes and made to substitute some of the more dangerous chemicals such as Benzene and Tar!
On a side note, you mention that children are more likely to get bronchitis due to being exposed to different substances in the lungs. I wonder do you subscribe to the theory that if we expose our children to certain ailments etc the n they will be build up immunity to those ailments or would you rather wrap-up the children and expose them to nothing!
No children shouldn’t be exposed to smoke. Nore should anyone who is not looking to damage their health.
