Type 2 Diabetes is a disease caused by your body not being able to produce insulin. Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood sugar levels in the body. Type 2 Diabetes requires you to take insulin through a jab on routine and if this is not taken out will cause headaches, high stress, and nausea. Of course, you want to get over your Diabetes if you have it or if not it’s something you should never have to go through, so here are our Remedies to Treat Diabetes.

1# – Dieting.
The most well-known way of getting over is dieting. This includes a balanced diet which we suggest going to your GP about.
This diet should include fiber, greens, lower, average, complex carbs, and anything else the average person of your age and size will need. But the things you need to be eating most are healthy carbs and lots of fiber as these will help digestion and also insulin levels.
Another thing we have to suggest is to stop eating when you are full. I know it might be a waste of food but it’s your health you need to worry about eating if you are not full when you have this disease can really affect your health in the long run.
2# – Physical Exercise.
It’s likely that if you have a diagnosis you would have already been told by your gp that you should do more physical exercise.
But we must say that most people after getting diagnosed do not know how important this is. Physical exercise will help get your glucose levels under control. We suggest getting at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity per day as this will greatly improve your chances of overcoming diabetes.
3# – Stop smoking and alcohol.
If you are a smoker or a consistent drinker it likely has an effect on your diabetes. Both of these have a large effect on your hormones. Drinking alcohol can stop the detection of insulin who can actually trigger type 2 Diabetes. Smokers are 30-40% More likely to develop Type 2 Diabetes and smokers with Diabetes are 30-40% More likely to have trouble with insulin levels than non-smokers. This is a very interesting point we should all be looking into, especially smokers!

4# – Blood sugar logging.
If you are a diabetic a great way to keep your diabetes under control and possibly reverse the effects could be creating a log. What is the point of this? Many of you are asking, well the main purpose of this method is to allow yourself to understand what your bad habits are and how you can make changes by identifying the issues. It should also give you a sense of routine and even faith that you can get over this!
This log should include what you are eating, how many calories were in the meal, how much, and what you are drinking. All of these things add up and you will thank me for it.

4# – Lose weight:
This probably seems obvious, but is it really? Your GP and all of these other articles probably keep going on about stop eating sugar and exercise. But they never really go into losing the actual weight so your body can handle all of this sugar. There are a few methods you can approach with this. We will go into a few methods below! Habits to lose weight:
- Eat a high protein breakfast! This can be a great way to boost your day and fill you up for the day.
- Drink plenty of water. Drinking a lot of water can be a great way to fill yourself up and also a healthy way.

- Plan your meals. Organize your meals and give some structure to help you lose weight..
- Get longer sleep. Lack of sleep can give you bad moods. To make yourself feel better people eat. This may help your mood temporarily but it is bad for your health.
